What is your name?: You can call me Nina. Or Doctor Nina, whatever.
How old are you?: Um... You'll probably get a kick out of this but I really can't remember. You can imagine how time-travel is, years start to lose objective meaning and it all becomes a big, irrelevant mesh of numbers. Blerg. I was also able to put my body into chronological stasis so I stopped physically ageing a long time ago. Oh well, after they live for long enough all women are say they're 25 anyway, I'll just go with that.
What do you look like?:
Where do you come from?: The future!
What is your job?: An inventor, no, no wait... A genius inventor! My inventions let me manipulate the flow of time.
What are the most obvious things about your personality?: I'm a very happy-go-lucky person, optimistic and able to see the bright side of anything. I try not to let things get me too down. A lot of people think I'm scatterbrained and a lazy bum but mostly harmless. I like to lounge around, have fun and not worry about things if I can help it at all. Oh, and I should probably warn you now I'm kind of a pervert... No hold a second. Only guys are perverts, girls are lecherous. Whatever it's all fun either way.
How would you honestly describe yourself?: Sometimes somebody gets in my way, sometimes I get serious, it's never pretty. I try to put people at ease (unless they're particularly adorable when they're blushing and squirming!) but I'm by no means the nicest girl you'll ever meet. I'll be the first person to admit that my way of looking at the world is unusual. I believe that no matter how you build your society there'll always be something wrong with it and I believe that's because people don't have the ethical, intellectual or even physical strength necessary to maintain a utopia. Rules, laws, morals, they're flawed because people are flawed. So I think that the best way to fix the world is to fix people, make them stronger. I want to help people but I don't like doing it directly, I prefer to encourage people or to create situations where people have to work hard and become better off for it. After all people become stronger after being challenged, if I can create challenges then in the end the world will be better off for it. Lets be honest, if I did everything for everybody it wouldn't make them stronger, if anything it would make them dependant and weaker. So that's how I do things, I'm trying to rebuild... Improve the world indirectly, I'm trying to manipulate everybody from behind the scenes for their own benefit. Well, when I'm not slacking off and having fun that is, nobody's perfect. I admit that a lot of people end up falling short of my hopes and expectations, it always makes me sad when that happens but it won't stop me from doing what I think is right. Having been to all sorts of different places in all sorts of different times I've lost touch with any one set of rules, and really I don't think they're worth listening to until people get their act together and create a real utopia. So yes I'm anti-social, I don't like being told what to do and I'll do whatever I like (as long as it's not seriously harming anybody) just so long as I think it's fun.
What is your motivation?: I decided that this would be the time period when I start to fix things. I'm going to summon the greatest heroes and villains from throughout time and kick-start the ultimate battle of good against evil. What I'm hoping for is that good will triumph, become greater than ever before and lead the world to a new golden age sooooo technically I'm on the side of the heroes. Technically. But I have no intention of fighting their battles for them and I'm also the one putting all these villains in their way in the first place. Besides all that my motivation is to watch and see what happens.
List at least 4 things you like: Books, games of any sort, inventing, fruit dipped in melted chocolate, discussing ethics and sociology, classical music, lazy days, worthy opponents, children and anything kinky enough to grab my attention (why are you looking at me like that?)
List at least 4 things you hate: Having to wait in line, stupidity, watching the failure of anybody I try to help, people that try to tell me what to do.
What are the most interesting/important things that have ever happened to you?: Well I invented travel and after that there's been way too many interesting things to count. The most interesting thing I've been doing recently is transporting people from the past to now. I hope they won't be too shocked...
How do you like to Duel?: Mostly I just like to have fun, usually my decks are heavily synchro based which is one of the reasons why I chose to mess around with this time period in particular.
